The Orchard, No. 26 Bakehouse Lane, Ockbrook, an early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF OCKBROOK BAKEHOUSE LANE SK 42 35 6/54 North Side) The Orchard II House. Early C19 with minor later alterations. Red brick with painted stone dressings and slate roof with brick gable stack to east, also moulded timber eaves cornice. Two storeys and two bays. Flat headed, moulded doorcase to west with panelled door, plain overlight and a bracketed C20 porch roof over. To east there is a glazing bar sash below a wedge lintel with incised voussoirs. Above, two similar windows and similar windows to the east gable wall. Listing NGR: SK4217335892.' (1)
