No. 2 Hall Farm, Searston Avenue, Heath and Holmewood, an early 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 46 NW 2/25 PARISH OF NORTH WINGFIELD SEARSTON AVENUE (North Side) Williamthorpe Hall Farmhouse Shop II House (now shop). Early C18. Coursed sandstone with sandstone dressings. Stone slate and welsh slate roofs. Two storeys. East elevation: symmetrical twin bays. Central doorway with massive stone jambs and lintel. C20 door. To the left, a glazing bar sash with flush stone surround. To the right, a 2-light square section flush mullion window. To the first floor, two 2-light square section flush mullion windows. C19 farmhouse attached to the south and C19 barns attached to the north, neither of listable quality. Listing NGR: SK4297365849.' (1)
