Hillside Cottage, No. 35 The Settlement, Ockbrook, an early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF OCKBROOK THE SETTLEMENT SK 42 36 6/84 (South Side) No 35 Hillside Cottage GV II Cottage. Early C19. Built as part of the Moravian Settlement. Red brick with slate roofs plus brick gable stacks. Two storeys and two bays with single storey, single bay to north. Central doorcase with plank door flanked to either side by 2-light glazing bar casements, that to south set close to the door and that to north larger and with a soldier course above. Two 2-light horizontal glazing bar sliding sashes above. Single storey bay to south has a similar window. Listing NGR: SK4221736118.' (1)
