Lees Hall, Marjory Lane, Church Broughton, a mid- 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 13 SE PARISH OF CHURCH BROUGHTON MARJORY LANE 2/12 (South Side) Lees Hall II Farmhouse. Mid C18. Red brick with stone dressings. Plain tile roof with stone coped gables with plain kneelers. Brick gable end stacks. Sawtooth eaves cornice. Two storeys, T-plan. Symmetrical three bay south elevation. Central doorway with moulded stone doorcase with keystone. C19 panelled door with glazed overlight, flanked on each side by wooden cross windows under segmental arches with keystones. Three similar windows above. Listing NGR: SK178683480.' (1)
