Full Description

No. 1 Church Street, Hartshorne, a 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 32 SW 3/37 PARISH OF HARTSHORNE CHURCH STREET (North Side) No 1 GV II House. Early C19. Red brick with plain tile roof and brick gable stacks. Two storeys. Symmetrical three-bay north elevation. Central doorway with steep segmental arch. Plank door in recessed surround and tympanum above with a pair of shallow gothic arches. Flanked on each side by 3-light casements with similar arrangement of tympana under segmental arches. The first floor has three 2-light casements with pointed lights under segmental arches. Listing NGR: SK3269120832.' (1)
