Full Description

Spring head at Home Farm, off Milton Road, Foremark, probably of late 18th century date. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF FOREMARK OFF MILTON ROAD SK 32 NW 3/40 (South Side) Spring Head at OS 330 262 II Spring head. Probably late C18. Coursed squared sandstone and ashlar. Circular in plan. Chamfered plinth and moulded cornice. Three recessed and ovolo moulded single light windows. Plain flat arched doorway. Rafters alone of the roof survive. The spring provided the water supply to Foremark Hall. Listing NGR: SK3307626294.' (1)
