Outbuilding attached to Dale End Farm farmhouse, Gratton Lane, Elton, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 16 SE PARISH OF ELTON GRATTON LANE 2/17 (North East Side) Outbuilding attached to south west end of Dale End Farmhouse GV II Former outbuilding, now a house. Late C18. Coursed rubble gritstone with projecting dressing, quoins, coped south-west gable and Welsh slate roof. Two storeys, irregular elevation with off-centre doorway with massive quoined centre surround, flanking ground floor windows and single upper floor window, all single light with C20 joinery. Listed for group value only. Listing NGR: SK2116061382.' (1)
