Hazeldine, No. 45 High Street, Repton, a late 18th century and mid-19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 30/3127, SK 30/3126; 6/63 PARISH OF REPTON, HIGH STREET (East Side), No. 45 'Hazeldine' GV II House. Late C18 and mid C19. Red brick, plain tile roof, brick gable stacks. Dentil eaves cornice. Two storeys. Symmetrical three bay west elevation has central doorway, painted doorcase with pilasters and moulded brackets. Panelled door and traceried fanlight. C20 brick and timber porch. Glazing-bar sash above under a wedge brick lintel. Flanked on each side by two-storey canted bays with first-floor sill bands, glazing-bar sashes under continuous stone lintels and hipped Welsh slate roofs. The interior retains the upper flight of a stick baluster staircase and two late C18 chimneypieces. Listing NGR: SK3056026732.' (1)
