Homelands, No. 76 High Street, Repton, built in 1818. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 30/3127 SK 30/3126 6/61 PARISH OF REPTON HIGH STREET (West Side) No 76 'Homelands' II House, now old people's home. Dated 1818. Red brick with cement tile roof and one brick gable stack. Dentil eaves cornice. Two storeys. Symmetrical east elevation of three broad bays. Central ashlar Tuscan Doric doorcase with triglyph frieze. Raised and fielded panelled door with rectangular overlight with geometric glazing bars. Two steps up. Flanked on each side by later C19 sashes under wedge brick lintels. Three similar windows above. The interior has an open string stick baluster staircase with wreathed handrail. Rising through two storeys, dogleg with curved inner face. Listing NGR: SK3058626640.' (1)
