Outbuilding to South of the Old Mill, Pool Road, Melbourne, originally built in the early 19th century. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 38/3924 PARISH OF MELBOURNE POOL ROAD 6/154 (East Side) Outbuilding to south of the Old Mill GV II Outbuilding. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Rendered rubble stone with plain tile roof plus moulded stone copings to the gables. Single bay and single storey plus attics, with only the attics visible to the western, street elevation because a dramatic fall in the level of the land. West elevation has a central segment headed doorcase with plank door. East elevation has two segment headed doors with a 3-light C20 window above. One of a pair of matching outbuildings flanking the Old Mill. Included for group value only. Listing NGR: SK3906624879.' (1)
