C19, regularly coursed gritstone, with coped gables, ridge stacks with moulded drips and stone slate roof. Two storeys, three bays, with end gables having 2-light chamfer mullioned windows with hood-moulds and stops. Cast iron casement frames with glazing bars. Refashioned central doorway with square frame recessed within segmental stone arch. Small 2-light window to north of doorway. Listing NGR: SK1959063205.' (1)
