Dated 1822. Coursed limestone with gritstone dressings, plain gables, intermediate ridge stacks with moulded caps. Stone slate roof. Two storeys, four bays, with 2-light chamfer mullioned casements. Ground floor windows and stone-framed doorways have hood moulds with stops. Plain planked doors. Circular central plaque to first floor, dated 1822. Listing NGR: SK1959163222.' (1)
