Farmhouse. Mid C18 with minor early and mid C19 alterations. Red brick with brick dressings and plain tile roof with stone coped gables on moulded kneelers and brick gable stacks, plus sawtooth eaves band below. Two storeys, plus garrets and three bays. Central segment headed doorcase with glazed panelled door below gabled mid C19 brick porch. To west side a 3-light glazing bar casement window under segment head and to east a similar 2-light window. Above, three similar windows. Insurance plaque over back door with figure of Britannia above and 'Guardian' inscribed below. Interior has stick baluster staircase and an inglenook fireplace to western room.
