Potlocks Farm farmhouse, Sutton lane, Radbourne, a mid-18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 23 NE 2/50 PARISH OF RADBOURNE SUTTON LANE (South Side) Potlocks Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Red brick with brick dressings and stone quoins. C20 red tile roof with brick gable stacks and a sawtooth eaves band. Two storeys and three bays. Central mid C19 brick gabled porch with segment headed arch over glazed panelled door. To either side, 3-light casement windows under segment heads and above three similar, those to either side with glazing bar casements. Interior has chamfered beams, one inglenook fireplace and a central stick baluster staircase. Listing NGR: SK2960735512.' (1)
