Hillside Farm farmhouse, Main Street, Smisby, an early 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF SMISBY MAIN STREET SK 31 NE 7/71 (North Side) 14-5-85 Hillside Farmhouse GV II Farmhouse. Early C18 and early C19. Rendered brick, plain tile roof with brick gable stacks. Chamfered plinth and plain first floor band. Two storeys. South elevation of five symmetrical bays. Four steps up to central doorway with plain stone surround. Panelled door with rectangular overlight with glazing bars. Flanked on each side by two glazing bar sashes under stone lintels. Five similar windows above. Interior has an open string stick baluster staircase with carved tread ends. Listing NGR: SK3504419102.'
