Red brick with plain tile roof and central brick stack. Chamfered plinth and plain first and second floor bands. Two storeys. Two bay south elevation. Doorway to the left, formerly a window, with segment head and C20 half glazed door. To the right a 3-light segment headed window. Two 2-light segment headed windows above. Staircase window to west. Interior has a closed string dogleg staircase with flat stick balusters. The main ground floor room has an inglenook fireplace. Listing NGR: SK3488319102.' (1)
