Home Farm farmhouse, Markeaton Lane, Derby, an 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'MARKEATON LANE 1. 5170 Markeaton Home Farmhouse SK 33 NW 7/187 II GV 2. C18 and later; red brick; 2 storeys; 5 windows, 3 fitted with C19 wood mullion and transom easements, also 2 windows blocked and all with plain stone keyblocks; 2 stone bands; doorway with plain rectangular fanlight end 6-flush-panelled door; plain eaves ; tiles. Interior has 2 good ingle fireplaces and moulded ceiling beams to ground storey. Home Farmhouse, The Farm and The Green form a group. Listing NGR: SK3316937700.' (1)
