From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 08 SE TOWN OF CHAPEL-EN-LE-FRITH WASH LANE 4/65 (North Side) Tombstone at Friends Burial Ground 4 metres north of Chestnut Farmhouse GV II Tombstone. 1671. Gritstone slab with shoulded top. Approximately 3 feet high. Inscribed 'I R SONNE T R BURIED 17.8. MONTH 1671'. Listing NGR: SK0756181935.' (1)
