Early C19. Red brick; three storeys; three sash windows (first storey windows modern) with keyblocks and channelled lintels; plain sill band; moulded stone eaves cornice, blocking course. Modern shop front.
Nos 19 to 24 (consec) form a group with Nos 5 to 8 (consec) Victoria Street.
