Aston Bridge, A515, Sudbury, or early to mid-19th century date. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF SUDBURY SK 13 SE 3/43 LICHFIELD ROAD A515 Aston Bridge 13.9.67 II Road bridge spanning the River Dove. Early-mid C19. Coursed squared sandstone and sandstone ashlar. Three shallow segmental arches, the centre one broader and taller. Low cut waters. Stepped voussoirs. Stringcourse at base of parapet with bold roll moulding. Canted ashlar parapet walls with copings. Paired end piers with short stretch of walling between. The asset was previously listed twice also at List entry 1038362. This entry was removed from the List on 3rd February 2016. This entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 3rd February 2016.
