Stables at White Hart Inn, St Lawrence Road, North Wingfield, an 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 46 SW PARISH OF NORTH WINGFIELD ST LAWRENCE ROAD 4/24 (West Side) Stables at White Hart Inn II Stables. C18 and early C19. Coursed sandstone with sandstone dressings. Welsh slate roof with stone gable end stacks. Two storeys. Ground floor with larger and coarser masonry is C18 or earlier, upper floor is early C19. East elevation, right to left: doorway with heavy stone lintel. Blocked single light window with square section stone surround. Carriage arch with segmental arched head and projecting stone surround. Plank doors. Doorway with heavy stone lintel. Blocked single light window with square section stone surround. C19 doorway with stone jambs and lintel. Five glazing bar sashes above with stone surrounds, the left hand window with the upper half of the sash removed. Listing NGR: SK4095664978.' (1)
