Full Description

St Thomas's Well is an ancient well some hundreds of yards to the east of St Anne's Well. (1) St Thomas's Well is a natural spring at SK 2993 2713. The water from this spring is said to have a high magnesium content, and the villagers of Repton with eye troubles used to collect this water to bathe their eyes. (2)
