Full Description

"Minning Low. Part of a polished stone axe, group XX". (1,3). It was found c.1953 and retained by Mr Bloor of Brassington, who recalled only the field in which it was found (centred SK 207572). (2,3). It is now in Derby museum. (3). As the precise location of this findspot is unknown, the approximate field has been plotted. (4).
