Full Description

An amount of flint was recovered from the ploughsoil around Hilltop Farm by F Radford in 1964. The finds included two knives (one a discoidal knife), a scraper and a barbed and tanged arrowhead. Also recovered were a denticulate, two leaf shaped arrowheads and one Petit Tranchet Derivative arrowhead. (1,2).
