Full Description

An unfinished flint arrowhead was found in this field by Mr. and Mrs. C. Horrocks. A Flint Barbed and Tanged arrowhead was found in 1919 and a hollow based Petit Tranchet Derivative was recovered in 1922. The land was farmed from Town End Farm, Aldwark, in 1977. (1)
