Full Description

Flint material recovered from this field after ploughing included a leaf shaped arrowhead, three barbed and tanged arrowheads, an end scraper, three disc scrapers, a slug knife and c. 40 flint flakes. Brown translucent flint predominated. Six sherds of coarse Romano-British pottery were also found. (1)
