Full Description

SK 0530 7321: Lismore Road, ?Roman Building: Near to the Vicarage in Lismore Road, the foundations of a probably Roman building were found at a depth of 1.6m (5ft). Dressed sandstone blocks were noted as well as a circular column 600mm long and 250mm diameter (2ft x 10in). (1)
