Full Description

[SK 2883 6092] Report of two Roman coins found 1940-5. (1-2) Mr. Knill was abroad in 1966, so there was no further information at that time. (3) Only a few remains of Romano-British activity in the area are indicated by a scatter of finds including the coins. The extent of the activity thus remains uncertain. (4)
