Full Description

Fragment of polished stone axe found by Mr. C. Daniel, Eyam. Examined 1956 and found to be from Craig Llwyd, Penmaermawr factory (1) Found with rubbing stone of haematite and worked flints and flakes 250 yds. S.E. of Ladywash Farm(2) (1-2) Mr. Daniel said the finds, which he retains, were made in the field centred SK 2215 7754. (3)
