Full Description

[Name SK 268776] Tumulus (1) A small cairn at SK 26837764,4.0m in diameter and 0.5m high. Surveyed at 1/2500. (2) Possible cairn near Hurkling Stone, identified in HAS Index. (3) Noted by OS at this NGR. Considered in autumn 1983 by Barnatt to be recent quarrying, for millstone etc.
