Beside Long Causeway (Roman Road) near Stanage Pole. Coin of Maximinus II obv. GAL VAL MAXIMINVS NOB CAES. rev. GENIO CAESARIS. mint; ALEXandria. Found about 1928, in possession of Mr C S Wright, Eyam Hall, Eyam. [The name 'Stanedge Pole' appears on current O.S. 6" at SK 2464 8439]. (1, 3)
