Flints, found 130 yards N.E. of the source of Hurstclough Brook by Mr. G.A. Makepeace and in his possession [probably in 1958.]. (3) Mr. Makepeace stated that these finds, which included one small blade, came from an area adjacent to the cairn at SK 2138 8482. (2) whilst other souces claim the finds came from SK 215847. (1)
