Full Description

SK 3255 4693. Probable occupation site with late 2nd to early 3rd century ware. (1) The area was trenched along a post & wire fence dividing the field, where some surface pottery had been found, and a roughly stone paved section was exposed. For some length pottery fragments had been used to level the area. This probable occupation site yielded "imported" pottery. (2) Area under grass.
