SK 362 428. Packhorse route, Whittaker Lane, Little Eaton. A pack way route continuing through the fields as "T'owd Lane": pitch with a stone under the turf at SK 374 425. (1) Whittaker Lane is marked on modern OS mapping as a path, and has been marked on maps as a bridleway since Sanderson's map of 1835. (2)
