Full Description
SK 0675 8170: Maglow, ?Roman Camp (?site of): [SK 0781] At Maglow on the farm of Slack Hall, are the remains of a Roman encampment. (1). No trace was found of a camp during field investigation. The area is scarred by minor quarry pits and drainage channels. (2).
Postulated site of a Roman camp. There is no physical evidence on the ground today. (4).
