SK 0691 8204: Bowden Head, Farm: 17th century farm with contemporary outbuildings. (1) Bowden Head Farmhouse. Grade II listed farmhouse, dating from the 17th century, altered in 18th century and restored in 20th century. The building was built of coursed gritstone rubble with large quoins, gritstone dressings and has a stone slate roof, except on the south-west slope which is in slate. (2).
