Full Description

Single sherd of highly decorated Samian found and reported to A. Palfreyman. Subsequent searches made no further discoveries. (1) The sherd has been analysed by B. Dickinson (University of Leeds) and is Dragendorff form 30 in the style of Germanus i who worked at the La Graufesenque factory in South Gaul in the first century AD. (2)
