Full Description

(SK 4432 4639, deduced from OS 1:2500 1962). Langley. A small pierced whetstone was found 8 ins deep in the garden of 149 Hands Road, Langley. It is held at Nottingham Castle Museum, acc. no. 67.131. (The grid reference stated by this authority, SK 447 462, is not compatible with the quoted address). (1)
