Full Description

SK 464428 Cotmanhay Road, Lace Factory. Two-storey building with slate roof and cast iron windows. Lace factory of C1910. Submerged in modern buildings. (1) The visible remains may be the original 'Manvers Buildings'. The name 'Beardsley' is still visible on the Heanor Road side of the roof. (2)
