[Area centred SK 41465929] Within this neighbourhood a stone axe (polished) was found in 1926 when ground was converted into allotments. Never published. Held by finders mother. Rev. W. Pemberton, previous vicar, knows more details. (1) The Rev. Pemberton could not be contacted; no further information. (2) Neolithic polished stone axe found North of Pasture House. (3)
