Full Description
SK 477 668 Patterton-Glapwell Ridge. Material collected along the Magnesian limestone ridge, south of bridle path. Mesolithic flint: 3 patinated narrow blades. Neolithic flints including artifacts - 2 scrapers, 1 saw, 1 spokeshave - core and waste material. Roman Pottery: 4 sherds of Derbyshire Ware, with rims. Medieval Pottery: one sherd of roller dot stamped yellow-glazed Medieval pottery. (1)
