Full Description

Roseland Wood, Undated Flint. Quantities of generally undated flint recovered from this field. (1-3) A piece from a nosed, fragmented tool found by L B Cooper on 15-Apr-1978 at SK 490676. A Neolithic date has been suggested for this piece. (1) A flint pebble and 2 waste flints were found by L B Cooper on 25-May-1978 at SK 49306755. (2) Further 5 flint pieces were found by L B Cooper and C R Hart on 3-May-1979 at SK 49306765. (3)
