Full Description

About eight strip lynchets were observed in strong autumn sunlight, running roughly north-south and apparently cut by the railway. Described in 1979 as 'almost ploughed out'. (1) Mapping is based on Sanderson's map of Twenty Miles Round Mansfield, which shows a series of narrow fields at this location. (2)
