SK 492682 Birch Hill Plantation, ?Mesolithic Flint. Small rectangular one-platformed core collected by L B Cooper in 1978 or 1979. Possibly Mesolithic in date. (1)
SK 49236822 Birch Hill Plantation, Neolithic Flint. Quantity of flint recovered by L B Cooper and C R Hart on 29-May-1979. Includes possible Neolithic/Bronze Age artefacts, a punctured piece of sheet bronze, possibly of Bronze Age date, and 2 sherds of probably Medieval Pottery (possibly post-Medieval) jug handle base. (2)
