Full Description

SK 413 774. Three rows of bell pits on scrubland, possibly coal, more likely ironstone, show up as earthworks on aerial photographs. (1-2) The bell pits are still visible on modern aerial photographs [2013]. (3) Reviewed (2026), still visible using both aerial photography and LiDAR (4).
