Nos. 15-19 Cotton Street, Old Bolsover, possibly originally a 17th century building. (1-2) From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 4771 TOWN OF OLD BOLSOVER COTTON STREET 16/62 (East Side) Nos 15-19 (odd) GV II Row of three cottages. C17, 1762; restored 1968. Coursed squared limestone with sandstone dressings and quoins. Pantile roofs with ashlar ridge and gable stacks. Stone coped gables. Two storeys, L-plan. East elevation of three bays. Gabled bay to left has a glazing bar sash under plain stone lintel, to each floor. To the right is a doorway with panelled door. In the gable is a blind circular window. The right hand part is symmetrical. Paired entrances in the centre with massive jambs and lintel. Continuous hoodmould, panelled doors. Flanked by glazing bar sashes under stone lintels. Two glazing bar sashes above. Above the doors is an inscribed stone and blind decorative circle. The stone reads M I M 1762 Listing NGR: SK4735770414.' (3)
