Full Description

SK 5405 7685 Whitwell, Neolithic/ Bronze Age Flint Flakes and Scrapers. Quantities of flint recovered from various locations within this field. Flint flakes and scrapers were collected from SK 5395 7678, probably Neolithic-Bronze Age in date. (1-3) Flint flakes of probably similar date were found in the area centred on SK 541 768, alongside the footpath. (4-5) Another flint flake came from SK 5403 7699. (6-7)
