Full Description

SK 55047555 Belph Grange, Watermill. Record of Belph, pre-1161. Gilbert De Menil's grant of land of Hirst, with a mill and half a bovate of arable at Belph. (1-2) Mill Wood and Millwood Brook lie less than 150m to the south of Belph Grange. (3) Probable mill site identified from earthwork evidence. (4)
