Full Description

SK 529 745 Creswell Crags, Flint material. During fieldwalking by R Jenkinson in 1976, the following flints were collected At SK 5297 7449 a possible Mesolithic trapeze was found; at SK 5302 7436 a heavily patinated piece, possibly a shouldered point, was found; and at SK 5297 7449 further flints were recovered, including a bladelet point, a backed blade and waste pieces. The artefacts are at Creswell Crags Visitor Centre. (1)
