Full Description
A 1m high milestone formerly located on the B6054 just below Chequers Inn in a lay by. The stone reads 'GLEADLOW 13 MILES/ CALVER 1 MILE'. The stone was demolished and is now at the Derbyshire County Coucil depot. The stone was moved by GPC and now stands outside the Old House Museum, Bakewell. (1)
